Mike’s passion for real estate originated from a young age when his grandmother built the Attache in Wildwood Crest in 1966. Having this historic building in his family, Mike was able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the seasonal family business which ended up driving his interest into the real estate world. Fast forward to May of 2008, Mike graduated from The Fox School of Business at Temple University and bought his first home in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia while renting out the 4 other bedrooms in the house, ultimately beginning his career as a landlord.
Mike has been managing properties since 2008, and has aggressively acquired properties throughout Philadelphia to build generational wealth for his family. He founded Hubkey in 2022 to offer a more transparent way to manage properties. Mike enjoys helping people build wealth through real estate. Outside of work, he lives in Glen Mills with his wife Kelly and their two daughters. Additionally, Mike owns a beach house in Cape May.
